Appointments
- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.
Deposit Payments
- We require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
- If no deposit is made to confirm your appointment, the appointment remains
available for booking by other customers.
- Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 48 hours before
your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits may be non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.
